Noel Four: Season Kitchen's Bread Recipe

Looking to impress some relatives this Christmas? Still reeling from the time you set fire to your reindeer onesie in a flurry of flaming polyester and shame?

Well nothing says ‘I’m functioning as an adult’ better than freshly baked bread.

Perfect for Christmas morning slathered in cream cheese and layered with thinly sliced smoked salmon, or ideal for those oh-so-important turkey and stuffing sandwiches on Boxing Day.

N4’s very own Season Kitchen have shared their fuss free bread recipe, guaranteed to even get granddad smiling.

Dry Ingredients:
250g White Flour
250g Wholemeal Flour
150g Oats
10g Salt
15g Bicarbonate of Soda

Wet Ingredients:

500ml Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Treacle

Method:

Mix wet ingredients
, mix dry ingredients, 
mix together
, shape into a loaf,
do the harlem shake and then bake at 200 C for 40 – 50 minutes

Simple!
